1. Do my monitor cables plug into the top of the case? Yes. Because the motherboard is rotated 90 degrees, your motherboard’s rear I/O panel and your graphics card ports are located at the top of the case under a removable mesh cover. You will route your monitor cables, USB devices, and ethernet cable into the top of the chassis and out through a dedicated cable routing hole at the back.
2. Does this case come with a riser cable to vertically mount my GPU? The CTE layout does not use a traditional “vertical mount” with a riser cable. Because the entire motherboard is rotated, your GPU plugs directly into the motherboard as normal, but it will hang vertically suspended from the top I/O bracket. This eliminates GPU sag naturally and removes the need to buy an expensive PCIe riser cable.
