Best Gaming Laptop India 2026: Top Picks Under ₹80,000 & ₹1 Lakh
Picking the best laptop for gaming India buyers can afford in 2026 comes down to one part more than any other: the graphics chip, and how much power the laptop lets it draw. Two laptops with the same RTX 4060 sticker can perform differently because of power limits and cooling, so the best laptop for gaming India shoppers should choose is not always the one with the longest spec sheet. Budget matters too: the best laptop for gaming India offers at ₹80,000 looks very different from a gaming laptop India buyers pick at ₹1.3 lakh.
Below we sort the Gigabyte and AORUS models Avika Retails lists into three tiers: under ₹80,000, under ₹1 lakh and above ₹1 lakh, and explain the specs that decide the best laptop for gaming India gamers will actually enjoy. One honest note first: every laptop here showed out of stock at our last catalogue check, so the prices are last listed prices, not today's. What is the best laptop for gaming in India under ₹1 lakh?
On paper, the Gigabyte G6 KF (Intel Core i7-13620H, RTX 4060, 165Hz 16-inch WUXGA, last listed at ₹82,693) is the best value: RTX 4060 graphics for less than the RTX 4050 G6 MF was listed at. If you want a stronger HX processor, the Gigabyte G6X 9KG (i7-13650HX, RTX 4060, last listed at ₹86,879) is the step up.
What decides gaming performance in a laptop
The GPU tier: RTX 4050 vs RTX 4060 vs RTX 4070
The laptop GPU does most of the work in games. The RTX 4050 laptop GPU has 6GB of VRAM and suits 1080p at medium to high settings. The RTX 4060 laptop GPU has 8GB and is the sweet spot for 1080p and 1200p at high refresh rates. The RTX 4070 laptop GPU has more shader cores than the 4060 but the same 8GB of VRAM, so it helps most on QHD screens.
| Laptop GPU | VRAM | Best suited to | Models in this guide |
|---|---|---|---|
| RTX 4050 | 6GB | 1080p, medium to high settings | G6 MF, AERO 14 OLED |
| RTX 4060 | 8GB | 1080p and 1200p at high refresh | G6 KF, G6X 9KG, AORUS 16X 9KG |
| RTX 4070 | 8GB | QHD and high-refresh 1080p | AORUS 17 BSF |
| RTX 5080 | See listing | Enthusiast QHD and above | AORUS Master 16 |
TGP: why the same GPU performs differently
TGP (total graphics power) is the wattage a laptop maker allows the GPU to use. A high-TGP RTX 4060 can get close to a low-TGP RTX 4070, so always ask for the TGP before you compare prices. We can check it for any model on WhatsApp.
CPU: H vs HX processors
Intel H-series chips such as the Core i7-13620H are designed for mainstream laptops and are plenty for gaming. HX chips are built from desktop-class silicon with more cores and a higher power budget: the i7-13650HX has 14 cores to the i7-13620H's 10. HX helps with streaming, rendering and CPU-heavy games. Our laptop processor guide to Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 explains the wider choice.
Display refresh rate
A 144Hz to 165Hz FHD or WUXGA screen matches an RTX 4050 or RTX 4060. QHD panels at 240Hz, like the AORUS 17 BSF's, need an RTX 4070 or better to show their full benefit.
RAM and SSD upgradability
Treat 16GB of RAM as the minimum for gaming in 2026. Most laptop M.2 slots take standard 2280 NVMe drives such as the Crucial P310 1TB Gen4 NVMe or ADATA Legend 860 1TB; see our full SSD range.
Gaming laptop under ₹80,000
At last listed prices, only one gaming-capable model in our range fell under ₹80,000. The RTX 4060 G6 KF was listed just ₹2,693 above that line, so if you can stretch, it is the better gaming machine. Bajaj EMI makes that gap easier.
Under ₹80,000Gigabyte AERO 14 OLED 9MF
Last listed at ₹77,459, the AERO 14 is a thin 14-inch OLED laptop with an RTX 4050 and an i5-12500H. It is more creator laptop than gaming rig, so expect 1080p-class gaming, not maximum settings, but it is far easier to carry to college or office than a 16-inch gaming chassis.
Is an RTX 4060 laptop worth it in 2026?
Yes, for 1080p and 1200p gaming. The RTX 4060 laptop GPU's 8GB of VRAM gives more headroom than the RTX 4050's 6GB in newer games, and on our last listed prices the RTX 4060 G6 KF cost less than the RTX 4050 G6 MF. Check the TGP of the exact model, since that decides how close it gets to its full potential.

Frequently asked questions
Which is the best laptop for gaming in India under ₹1 lakh?
Among the models Avika Retails lists, the Gigabyte G6 KF (i7-13620H, RTX 4060, 165Hz 16-inch WUXGA, last listed at ₹82,693) offers the best value. The G6X 9KG (i7-13650HX, RTX 4060, last listed at ₹86,879) adds a stronger HX processor. Message us on WhatsApp for current stock and price.
Can I get a good gaming laptop under ₹80,000?
At our last listed prices, the Gigabyte AERO 14 OLED 9MF (i5-12500H, RTX 4050, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD) at ₹77,459 was the only model under ₹80,000. It handles 1080p gaming at sensible settings. The RTX 4060 G6 KF was listed only slightly higher and is the stronger gaming choice if you can stretch or use EMI.
Is an RTX 4060 laptop good enough for gaming in 2026?
Yes, for 1080p and 1200p gaming at high refresh rates. Its 8GB of VRAM gives more headroom than the RTX 4050's 6GB. Check the laptop's TGP, because a higher power limit lets the same GPU perform noticeably better.
What is TGP and why does it matter in a gaming laptop?
TGP is the total graphics power a laptop maker allows the GPU to use. The same GPU can be set anywhere from around 35W to well over 100W, so a high-TGP RTX 4060 can come close to a low-TGP RTX 4070. Thicker laptops with better cooling usually run higher TGP.
