Refund Return Policy: We offer a replacement for products within 3 days from Date of delivery for defective products and 6 hours for wrong products provided that the customer submits a complaint along with proper video proof of the unboxing process showing Shipping labels uncut video. This ensures that any issues with the product can be addressed promptly and effectively.

Please note that replacements will only be provided if the complaint is supported by sufficient video evidence of the opening process. We reserve the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet this requirement.
