About Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 7700 XT 12 GB GDDR6
The Pulse RX7700XT is based on AMD’s RDNA3 Navi32 GPU and has 54 compute units, 54 ray accelerators, and 3,456 stream processors. With a 12GB GDDR6 frame buffer operating at 18 Gbps on a 192-bit bus, it provides factory clock speeds of approximately 2,171 MHz (game) and up to 2,544 MHz (boost), resulting in ~432 GB/s bandwidth and 48 MB Infinity Cache.
With its large heatsink, composite heatpipes, and dual axial fans, Sapphire’s Pulse cooler boasts an easily serviceable shroud. This 280 mm long, triple-slot design is quiet (about 26 dBA at full load) and cool (peaking at 61 °C GPU and 80 °C hotspot).
With a retail MSRP of about $450, it rivals Nvidia’s RTX 4060 Ti, providing double-digit performance gains at 1080p and 1440p. However, it uses about 230 W of board power, which is less than the RX 7700XT’s 245 W specification.
