Cancellation Policy: Once an order is shipped, we do not accept any cancellations. It is important to review your order carefully before finalising it.
In the event that you receive any items that are not functioning properly, we offer assistance through our Brand Service Centre. You can contact them to arrange for repairs or replacements as per the warranty terms provided by the manufacturer.
We strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers and will work diligently to resolve any issues regarding the functionality of the products you receive.
We also Would like to inform that in case of cancellation accepted and refund issued in special circumstances before order is shipped or procured on order, Courier Charges, COD Fees, Payment Gateway Fees or any other fees are non refundable.
